Objective
This study aims to:
Examine nurses' knowledge of EOL care and measure their anxiety towards managing death in the acute hospital setting.
Evaluate whether an intensive 2-day multimodal workshop covering important prinicples in EOL care can improve nurses' skills, knowledge and attitude towards EOL care, reduce death anxiety and improve patient outcomes by providing appropriate care for patients and managing their psychosocial needs effectively.
