Research Associate
Irene is a Research Associate GERI. She holds a Master in Public Policy from the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, National University of Singapore, and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Melbourne, Australia.
Her research focuses on implementation science and programme evaluation in ageing and healthcare, particularly on how policies and evidence can be translated into practice. She is interested in strengthening health and community systems to promote healthy ageing and care integration through system-level innovation and cross-sector collaboration.
Before joining GERI, Irene gained experience in the private sector in Australia and with a non-governmental organisation in China, where she worked on community development and social policy initiatives. Outside the office, she finds clarity in long-distance jogging and enjoys exploring Singapore’s dynamic culinary scene.
