Dr Ginting is a researcher specialising in health services and implementation science, with a clinical background in medicine. She holds a Master of Public Health from the Saw Swee Hock School of Public Health, National University of Singapore, and a medical degree from Universitas Padjadjaran, Indonesia.
Working with partners across healthcare clusters, government ministries, social services agencies, academia, industry, and international collaborators, Dr Ginting focuses on advancing population health and building sustainable, integrated care models across healthcare settings. She has strong expertise in qualitative and mixed-methods research, and applies frameworks such as the Consolidated Framework for Implementation Research (CFIR) and RE-AIM to guide programme evaluation and policy translation. She led the qualitative component of studies on integrated frailty and intrinsic capacity care models in Singapore, adapted from the WHO Integrated Care for Older People (ICOPE) framework, and co-investigated the Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) evaluation.
Dr Ginting continues to bridge research, policy, and practice to strengthen health system effectiveness, scalability, and implementation capacity.
