PMU6 Cost Analysis Of The First Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) in Singapore: Perspectives From Healthcare Providers, Patients, And Society As A Whole

​The first Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) in Singapore was launched in November 2016. Key components encompassed medical care in the primary care clinic and psychosocial care in home-based care management. Our study aimed to examine the cost analysis of this novel model of care from perspectives of healthcare providers, patients and society, and the financing of PCMH services.
