National Fall Awareness and Prevention Programme: Knowledge, Attitudes and Practices of Falls, Fall-Related Risk Factors and Fall Prevention among Community-Dwelling Older and Middle-Aged Adults in Singapore (KAP Study)
Completed
Objective
To describe the knowledge, attitudes and practices (KAP) of falls among community-dwelling older adults and middle-aged adults in Singapore. Our secondary objective is to explore socio-demographic, functional and health status correlates of people with poorer knowledge, attitudes and practices around falls. We will explore subgroup differences stratified by age, gender and fall incidence for the outcomes of knowledge, attitudes and practices around falls.
